I just want to take a minute and let you know that your restoration team did a great job handling our emergency on Monday at Park Place. I have witnessed the team’s work in the past but I believe this is the first time Al has seen it and he liked what he saw… We had both buildings up and running as promised with very minor disruptions on Tuesday. I also want to tell you that Craig Utt was exceptional. He was very thorough and had things under control from the start. And when he was questioned by the FDU crew at 230 PP on Tuesday he had the answers for them.Thanks for your efforts.

As someone who has been working many late nights over the past month, I have noticed that the woman who cleans our office does a great job. She’s hardworking and thorough and also very friendly and extremely polite. I also use the first floor gym and bathroom pretty often and I would also like to mention that both facilities are always incredibly clean. Whenever I bump into the folks that are keeping them that way, it’s a nice, pleasant chat that I walk away from smiling. I just wanted to shoot this note over to let the powers that be know that their cleaning crew is doing a great job.

Hi Eric,I wanted you to know what an excellent job Marcos and the night crew did after the IT Halloween event yesterday. At some point our employees partied and then decided when it was time to leave that they would not clean up after themselves and left dirty plates, napkins and empty water bottles all over the café tables. There was confetti thrown on the floor from one of the “performances” as well as frosting and pie in various places on the floor which had to be shampooed. I was very disappointed as the expectation was that Facilities would clean up after everyone when I told the group in the beginning that they would need to pitch in and help as it was their event. Maria had emptied the trash and wiped down all of the tables before the event started so they walked into a clean café but did not leave it that way. I spoke to Nora and told her that this was unacceptable and moving forward we will need to bring in a support person to help clean up at their cost. Excellent job to your crew!!!

After yesterday, I’m not sure if you are responsible for the cleaning crew, but kudos to the cleaning person last evening who found someone’s social security card AND license in the trash and immediately turned it into Wanda the evening guard. Wanda left it for Steve who turned it into me to return to the employee this AM.

I wanted to reach out to you and let you know how amazing your staff is, and how much we appreciated them. We have over 270 members here, and 130 companies, with 2 floors in The Graham Building. You would not know it the way your amazing team handles the cleaning and maintenance of our space. From the day time throughout the night. We also do a lot and I mean a lot of events here, sometimes over 300 people. Again you would never know it the next morning because your team here is superb!!
