The majority of
Contract Cleaning is performed at night after normal business hours to ensure
safety and convenience for facility tenants and employees.
ALLAN INDUSTRIES assigns to each facility, a
trained and uniformed nightly cleaning crew that is directed by a supervisor.
Each cleaner performs specific tasks such as removing trash, dusting and
vacuuming within designated areas (i.e., restrooms, office space and lobbies)
to ensure quality and consistency.
The crew meets each night to gather necessary
equipment, while the supervisor checks attendance and delegates special tasks
from a Service Log Book that is maintained between the supervisor and property
manager.
In addition to the
nightly tasks, ALLAN INDUSTRIES' crew members check the facility for any
problems such as lights and leaks and reports them to the supervisor who
informs the property manager.
At
the end of each night the supervisor helps with and checks the cleaning crews
work. Upon leaving the facility the crew and supervisor secure office spaces
and the facility.
