The ALLAN-TRAC
System is designed to ensure that the essential, but less frequently performed,
"recurring" work is accurately scheduled and completed. It is an important
aspect of our check and balance system employed to make certain we timely
attend to particular duties (other than daily or weekly work which we monitor
through our log book procedures) and that we accurately communicate to you when
a chore is finished. Daily or
weekly tasks, such as common-space vacuuming and garbage pick-up, become
routine to our staff and more apparent to our customers. Less commonly
performed "quarterly" detail cleaning, for example, such as glass partitions or
blinds, may potentially be overlooked by both staff and client alike. The
ALLAN-TRAC System, however, helps enable us to make certain your specification
is met and these less frequently performed responsibilities are
handled.
Accordingly, when ALLAN
INDUSTRIES is contracted to clean your building, the ALLAN-TRAC system is
immediately put into effect. Every two weeks, the "recurring" work is entered
into our computer system and printed out for each building we service. The
schedule is sent, along with the payroll, to the individual ALLAN INDUSTRIES'
building supervisor. Additionally, a copy is faxed or mailed to your
appropriately designated building personnel. Our supervisor then becomes
responsible for ensuring that the listed work is attended to. |
Upon completion of
the assigned work, the supervisor signs the project sheet and leaves a copy for
you, so that you personnel may verify satisfactory completion of the work. The
supervisor also sends the signed project sheet back to ALLAN INDUSTRIES' main
office.
A unique ALLAN INDUSTRIES
program, the ALLAN-TRAC System has proven to be an invaluable asset and
effective tool for ensuring the clean facility you expect and we promise to
produce.
